Alex is a warm, solution-focused psychologist who brings equal parts empathy and practicality to his work. Clients describe him as easy to talk to and genuinely understanding — someone who helps them feel comfortable from the very first session.

With a natural ability to connect and quickly understand what’s really going on, Alex works with adults and young people (17+) navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, ADHD and life transitions. His approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based therapy, combining insight with real-world strategies that help clients feel more resilient, calm, and capable.

Above all, Alex helps people feel more like themselves again — confident, connected, and supported through life’s ups and downs.

He is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
